An independent, multi-method investigation of the full organisational system around technology delivery. The diagnostic tells you what's happening. Root cause analysis tells you why. We trace symptoms back to underlying structural, process, and decision-making failures — mapping causal chains, confirming which constraints are primary, and building shared understanding with your leadership team before designing solutions.

Solution design

Specific, practical interventions designed for your organisation at this moment — not generic best practice. Each recommendation is concrete enough to implement. We speficy  what changes, who owns it, what success looks like. Changes are prioritised on impact vs. effort, sequenced against dependencies, and grouped into a phased roadmap.

Implementation support

We offer embedded advisory to help guide execution. We work the leadership team to pressure-test decisions, adapt the plan as reality unfolds, and track whether changes are landing.
